Almost got carjacked in my jeep

Osborne Style: I was in the walmart parking lot playing with my helicopter
Osborne Style: a few hick meth heads come out of walmart
Osborne Style: I was the ONLY person parked over on the side they close down at night other than a white truck a few rows over...
Osborne Style: 2 of them start coming toward me
Osborne Style: I'm like, uh oh... they look sketch as hell
Osborne Style: so I get the gun and kind of hold it next to the seat where they cant see it but I can easily use.
Osborne Style: they get up a little closer and they are trying to look like bad asses...all "hard" and what not
Osborne Style: little do they know they're about to get a clip of .45 hollow points in the face
Only 1 Stegall: what was their problem
Osborne Style: anyway... they start saying "HEY! HEY!"
Osborne Style: and I just ignored them
Osborne Style: "IM TALKIN TO YOU!"
Osborne Style: click the safety off
Osborne Style: they were about 10 ft away
Osborne Style: I hear a car hauling ass and look around and its a damn COP
Osborne Style: FLYING UP behind me
Osborne Style: slams his brakes and hits the siren
Osborne Style: the crack heads stop and you could tell they were trying to decide whether to try to jack my jeep or take off running
Osborne Style: they turn and run back to the white truck
Osborne Style: get in and take off with the cop right behind them
Only 1 Stegall: they were trying to mess with ur jeep ?
Osborne Style: i was in the jeep putting the batteries in the remote
Osborne Style: the cop turns his siren on and takes off after them
Osborne Style: I could hear the cop chasing them for like 10 minutes
Osborne Style: I asked the walmart person pushing carts what happened because like 5 walmart employees gathered out there and asked if I was ok
Only 1 Stegall: whyd they start yelling at you
Osborne Style: and they said the meth heads robbed someone in the store and stole some stuff
Osborne Style: i dunno
Only 1 Stegall: worthless assholes
Osborne Style: I honestly knew they were going to try to steal the jeep or rob me
Only 1 Stegall: shoulda blasted their asses
Osborne Style: I hope I never have to

Stories like this . . . just make me more depressed that it's not legal to carry in MD

lol I would have hopped in my jeep and drove away if I was the only person they were headed towards. Mostly out of fear that they would try to steal my helicopter.

well, since I have never even really SEEN a gun in person, I probably would have just done what I have done in the past during these situations:
Start my car, and try to run them over!

Not quite as effective as a bullet to the face, but great memories afterwards. At least so far.

You need a permit to carry if you're not on your way to hunt, fish or work. I was in my car so I was okay.

You should have shot the crack head. the cop probably would have helped you hide the bodies, they're good at fudging evidence.

I know you were joking but in south carolina there IS a meth head hunting permit. You're allowed to use lethal force to "prevent the distribution of base cocaine and methamphetamines"
