I think the militia part should be amended, personally.

I'm all about people keeping their guns, so long as they can follow the rules to get them. They aren't that hard to follow, even.

I agree with you on that 100%. You have a snowballs chance in hell in standing up to our military with surplus shit period. No point in having a militia.
