650hp is not impressive for 3 turbos like you said, but its enough hp for me.

I think the purpose of 3 turbos is to have the power of a single large turbo while having the response of a smaller one.

thats the way it looks to me chris 3 small turbos to get the power of 1... the smaller the turbo faster they spool up

Saleen S7 is QUAD-Turbo, but you can't really go and buy one from your local ford dealership.

Nah the S-7 is an all-motor 7L Engine. *Im sure it is but you might be talkin about that new Bugatti EB with the W16 engine and quad turbos. *Id like to see a S-7 with four turbos that would be badass. *Here is a pic of the S-7 Engine.
