Not sure if you guys noticed but the smiley was showing up in some weird ass places like the usercp under rep and in deleted threads/posts. I checked the unique indexes on the forum tables and it turns out the tables were pretty corrupted. I fixed the problem and it should have sped up the forums considerably as well. As of yet I have yet to notice a slow down.

And in all sorts of posts, mostly that were deleted. It was obnoxious.
