Chat upgrade
I changed out the chat. I made it a little faster and easier to use. If you any of you don't want to see the chat just let me know and I'll change your usergroup so you can't see it.
The new chat is good because it shows what is going on in threads.

It's only enabled for the default template, Blue trance. Why is it annoying? It's text that just sits at the top of the page. It doesn't make noise. It doesn't lag you. The colors match the template. how is it annoying?

Well I just added a button to the right of the bar on top that will minimize the chat so you don't have to be annoyed by it.

Is there a chance we could get a template that isn't god-awful fugly (like "blue trance"), but not so monotone and boring like 56k?
