Forum lag issues and Religion Section

The lag some of you guys reported should be resolved. I've cleaned up the database and optimized everything. Let me know if you have any more issues.

The religion posts/threads have been restored from last week's backup. However, all of the threads have been closed and they will remain closed. This is to signify that we have started a new chapter in TFL's development
