If you're only making 400 on e85 at 30lbs you need a bigger turbo. I'm considering E-85 but I would have to go to NY to fill up a couple 55 gal drums because we don't have it in NJ yet. I could make somewhere close to 550hp at 22lbs.

400 is damn good on stock turbo...i cant wait to go bigger though, ill be shooting for the same numbers your trying to make
I have a e85 pump right next to my house luckily, the stuff is awesome and smells like corn haha

I have the fuel pump for it (dual bosch 044's) I would just have to add 2 more 1680's
