ok. its been more than 24hrs since the incedent. so im good right? maybe...or am i?...anyways i dont think the dog got hit but i didnt see the dog laying next to her on the ground (as far as i know). i didnt go for a bike ride today even though it was a great day. BTW DAK, that pic of the car crashing into the guy, did you guys notice the man in the red jacket? looks like hes very happy or something. like "yeah!! woot woot! *does happy dance*"

Jimlab is mostly right. You failed to render aid and in part instigated it but she inflicted the damage on herself in an attempt to assualt you. There probably isn't much for criminal charges but MORE THAN ENOUGH for a civil case so I'd seriously keep this on the down low.

well i didnt lead her to the incoming car. what was i supposed to do? yelled out "hey lady watch it theres a car!!!" and watch her dodge the camry then push my off the bike?
