You mean like "Black Magic" (RX-7 Club)/"V8-7" (Torque Central, same person) who claims he doesn't start his daily driver/race Honda for less than $1,000 a race, and that he beat an SLP Camaro the other day for $1,500?

No, he has an FD shell that he's supposed to be putting an LS1 in, but is apparently having trouble funding the project, despite all his big dollar races. Claims he's rich and that he's already built several cars so far this year, so I asked what the hold-up was with the FD.
He's currently ranked #3 (from worst) in reputation on RX-7 Club forum, and he's working his way down the list on Torque Central as well.

cdk4219?
He was bragging about having 485 RWHP before his blower belt was even installed, from what I heard. He never did produce a dyno sheet either before or after the $1,500 challenge, and he keeps a very low profile these days.

Q: So what exactly are the port timing specs of the motor (i.e. intake/exhaust). Also is this motor a Street Port, Bridgeport, 1/2 Bridgeport? I am also interested in seeing a dyno sheet or timeslip for the RX3 that ran that 10 second pass. What were you using for engine management on this motor? Was it carbed or F/I? Thanks ahead of time for your answers, I hope to hear from you soon. 1revnrex

Could easily be put in car show condition. Looks straight out of Fast and the Furious except without bad paint FX. (Taken out of description.)

He apparently has no clue about differences in octane either. I asked him that question since he reffered to 87 as "cheap gas" and his response was that if I bring my car up to redline with 87 I'll blow my motor.
I see he knows a whole lot about rotaries.
