we have three of the HP photoprinters, and IMO the KonicaMinolta Color Laserjet does a better job if you are printing to fullsize paper.

But, if you are wanting to print to the standard size photopaper, then the photoprinters are decent.

Epson R300. Had it for a little while now and prints great quality photos...

But it eats ink like no tomorrow

Epsom Stylus Color 600. 6 years old, no problems, and great photo prints with photo paper. Bad photo prints on regular paper. Uses lots of ink if it's not on "draft" setting
