They've been doing this stuff for a couple of years now, I remember when the one I used to go to got shaken down like this. I was at a friend's shop when it happened thank god. Usually the cops will come and hang out for a while, make sure everyone is being cool. If it starts getting too big, they usually just come and tell everyone to leave.
