RX7 and civic

My friend has an 88 RX7 that doesn't run.....needs some work, it has just over 100K.....i think it could be made to run very easily, but he doesn' feel like messin' with it.  $make offer

He also has a '91 4dr civic with a blown engine.   $200

I sent u a message about these cars but I guess u didn't get it. Does this friend know why the rx7 doesn't run, like has it just been sitting too long and the apex seals suck or broke, water seals, oil seals, etc. and is it auto or 5sp, and is the Honda auto of 5spd and how's the body of both, can u get pics? OR, should I just email him?

the RX7 doesn't run b/c it has the seals thing wrong with it....we think..... i think it could be made to run for very cheap.  He only wants 300 for it. and it's in decent condition....it's non-turbo. The civic is a boxy 4dr with a blown enging.  '91.....200 dollars
