Question: Why is Ryosuke talking about Team Emotion?
Answer: Half of thier team lives in his neighborhood. Including the owners of the Veilside Blossom 350z and the White Evo of Silver Spring.

Question: Why does it matter either way wether team Emotion is hated by anyone.
Answer:His friends on the show circuit always complain that Team Emotion does'nt compete in their category at shows. They should compete in "Wild",
but they just continue to beat ametuers in their incredibly expensive cars in the "Mild" category.

They are show cars...who really gives a damn? Of course the most money wins.

Question: If they have that much money, why are they living in your neighborhood? Last I checked you were one broke mofo keeping it eco, while settling up on 2 months back rent. Sounds like you wish their reality was yours, /envy.

Doing more of that familiar research, take a look at the list of their "achievements" in 04...many of their wins are in the "wild" category. http://www.t-emotion.com/schedule.html

Looks like Team Emo just satisfies whatever criteria they compete in, while other ricers like yourself just complain.

Does the image below look familiar? Something tells me you'd win the judges over with this one...

Hahaha, about that.^

I watched the DVD again this weekend so that Jimlab can get off my nuts.
The team is called the Wangan 40's. It consists of guys over 40 who are still tuners. Ama-san has been known to run with them, and "Smokey" Nagata (owner of Top Secret) is also a member. They had a friend with them in a red FD that had the rear wheels covered. That FD(202mph) uses F1 technology to control side damper pressure.

Flesh it out a bit...do you want to get a bit more specific? Simply stating it because the subtitles in your video said so, doesn't say much.

One car equals many? If even one is all you can count, then theres no abundance of "import tuners" using F1 technology either huh?

Actually their are over their. I wish I could watch the DVD and screen capture that specific part so we can move on already.

An abundance? How would I know? As far as I know just him and some girl lwho had her car tuned by Top Secret use the technology. I guess anyone who can afford it and who want cmera time will be the ones we hear about.

Perhaps this is what meddle was talking about.

Was it the dollar items towards the back wall like that JDM Drift license plate that caught your eye?

Right, because JDM tuners just keep ahead of the game right? You seem to imply that you're pretty adept in J-knowledge...have you even been to Japan, or do you just glorify "information" in subtitles and what you see on videos?

Speaking of subtitles...

Hey, your right. Top Secret and RE are elementary tuners. You guys pwn them huh?

I have a few friends who actually learned Japanese and went over their to teach English. They translated my Option DVD's for me, but the one I'm talking about was translated by Super Street so I'm not sure how accurate the translation is .

No, It was the fact that people I know opened a shop in my area. Over here in the DC/MD/VA area, there a very few shops. I have even posted their shop pics and info on other local tuning sites because they are hiring techs.
I guess you did'nt want to post the pics of the garage work area huh?

Plus they bring competition to the ridiculously expensive shops around here.
I guess your in Cali where shops are a dime a dozen. These are same guys who release the Teckademics DVD's. My old roomate(who was on this forum for like 15 posts) even went to their DVD release party at club Dream. He and I are member of the Teck army so of course I'll support their shop...

...ass.

You made the claim that JDM tuners used F1 techonology and you still have trouble owning up to it. So what you're saying, is that you show admiration for JDM tuner shops that put out 1000 HP turbo cars? They're just out there and beyond doing stuff domestics can't huh?

Which is why you're called a poser...

Somehow, I don't believe you're that connected over there. Who tasked you with the duty of scouting out the local tuners to help build staff?

It would only make sense to post what you could affiliate yourself with, which was neither the garage area or the more expensive strut bars hanging on the adjacent walls.

That sticker on the side of your gas tank lid about sums up any work you did in your "light mods" list.

Selling ridiculously expensive LED shift knobs, drift spec pedals, and the holy grail of all mods...F1 suspension.

Tech Army...wtf? Don't tell me you've actually got stickers on your car thinking you're being recognized for something... I'll bet your name wouldn't get an extra look besides the befuddled stupidness involved if I'd ever mention it among the people you're talking about.
