Check to see that your corner seals are in spec, they usually are but check anyways.

Don't skip out on any of the parts. You don't want to find that it is bad down the road and have to tear down the engine again. This is the bare minimum:

The corner seal PLUGS are not needed, wont make a difference. That'll shave some money off.

Also if you get the RA o-ring kit and use RTV for gaskets, you don't need the $140 gasket set, you can do it for $40 (I think) for the o-rings, plus it comes with the front/rear main seal so knock those off the list as well, and it comes with the oil seal rings, no need for the atkins viton ones. And for those that really want the corner plugs, it comes with that too you just have to cut them to length.

As always check everything to be within spec, all sizes, wear, clearances. I've actually heard of some people reusing their side seal springs... though I REALLY don't suggest it.
