Went to the pub last night. There for all of five minutes. We had just gotten our pints, took the first sips and turned around from the bar.

Some lowlife bumps into me and spills my beer. It doesn't spill a lot, it doesn't spill on me and its the first beer of the night, so its NO BIG DEAL. I laugh it off and say something like, "hey buddy, be a little careful."

He gives his friend a 'watch this' kinda look and shoves me! This time, half my beer spills, some on my friend, some on the poor girl next to us. As soon as I say, WTF!!! buddy grabs a beer bottle and smashes it. Its 8:30 and buddy's going psycho retard on me!!!

He lunges at my face with the bottle, so I sidestep, elbow him behind the ear and sweep his legs out from under him. He falls on the broken bottle pieces. I them put him in a submission until the bouncers got there.

The bouncers grab him, and me and its just craziness. Fortunately I know one of them, and he starts to get the story straight while we wait for the cops.

The cops show up w/ the paramedic.buddy gets tended to, and I get put into handcuffs. I got no problem with this, I know they have to sort out the situation. But as the cop is questioning me I get the feeling I'M in trouble here.

Keep in mind that they have neither read any rights, or anything. I just thought they were asking routine questions. Then a cop I know comes up. 'Hi Tim"... He asks if I was involved. Robocop asks Tim how he knows me and he tells him I was one of the instructors at the karate school. Suddenly, Robo is hauling on the cuffs dragging me to the waiting paddy wagon!! The bouncer I know comes up and tells him it wasn't my fault. He stops in the middle of the crowd, pads me down, finds my pocket knife and starts reading my rights!

What am I being charged with?!? "Assault with a weapon' WTF!!! So as he's dragging me outside, all sorts of people are telling him it wasn't my fault. Finally, just outside the doors to the wagon, the cop, Tim, and the bouncer I know come up to him and explain the entire situation. He uncuffs me, but says "I should haul you in anyways."

"for what?!?" "because you're a karate guy, you should know better."

Walks away and thats it. WTF!!!

Man that sucks so much,what kind of beer did you spil?...man thats some good wasted beer when he shoved you.....................

If you can't handle drunk people, don't go to bars.

Apparently he had no problem handling drunk people, seems the fuzz had his ass kicked Bruce Lee style before and had it out for ya.

I know a lot of cops, I have taught a lot of cops, and have respect for a lot of them. Walking into a lot of situations where you don't know all the facts can have anybody stresses and on edge.

But I was already in cuffs... I think Johnny Law took it a little overboard this time. And after he was corrected, couldn't admit his mistake.

And as far as what language I used? you gotta be kidding me...Just 'cause someone can be polite they deserve to be bullied?
