there many nice neighborhoods in brooklyn (like bensonhurst, dyker height [rich place]) queens, staten island, etc etc... staten island seems relly redneck because its so peacefull and there are hills everywhere... long island is noice. whiteplains which is ~10-20 miles north of NYC is a relly really nice town.

Its actually an island, I think 8 miles long or something like that, and pretty much the whole border of the island is beaches. Tennis and golf are both really big here, and we host the Verizon Heritage golf tournament every year which is a good excuse to get hammered. The best part about the island is the fact that it's a tourist mecca and wave after wave come in during the summer with their daughters who wander around with nothing to do until some locals pick them up to party. It never gets old haha.
