America's Army is the army's free game they released some time ago. It's a first person shooter that's meant to simulate being in the army. I played it a couple of years ago, the maps were huge and had great graphics. It was a pretty cool game. Anyhow, it's a free game that you can download and play multiplayer.

You can download off of the site using their several download links for windows, linux, and mac. Or do bittorrent which is slower but resumable. Or like amishboy said..go to the recruiters...make sure its version 2.5 or 2.4 which the update to 2.4 is available to download.

recommended: 2.4ghz cpu, 512mb ram, 128mb vid card (64 required) - I wouldn't worry about this so much..... we can help you tweak it where the graphics wont be top notch but good.
