Looks like there was a bitter rivalry between members of a local club that ended with Amur_ trying to fuck this guy Lawyer's Spirit's rep. But Amur_ is the one getting owned at the moment but I am sure he is gonna fire back.

Oh, I don't know about that. Although I don't really lean in either direction in this case (because I don't care), his arguments are a little weak. And in case you haven't noticed the guys around here are professionals, period, end of story. If he tried to get any where with those kinds of arguments on this forum he would be eaten alive...ask Marktard. I don't think anyone in the history of the intarweb has been verbally dominated like Mark has.

the only one that missed a point here was you. Whether you like it or not, lawyer simply made a lot of accusations that remain unproven. He supplied evidence that in no way supported his accusations, period. He claims that amur was making extreme light of someone's aunt dying, when all amur did was say "I know you had something you needed to deal with, but you should have handled this better because we were all depending on you...."
You should go back and read that lawyer post again. Read the accusations, and then read the so-called proof. There is no way in the world that he met the burden of proof, and when you make an accusation, that burden is on you.
Did amur talk about someone when he wasnt there? Yes. But did you even read amur's words?? They were hardly the insulting bullshit your pal claimed they were....that doesnt mean that amur never talked about people like that, but the example lawyer gave clearly doesnt show anything like it.

RIGHT....thats why he failed at his own game? For cryin out loud, the guy's a real life lawyer--if that was his case in court, he would have lost huge because he failed to prove his case....big time. You dont just run around accusing people of shit and then post up examples that DONT prove your point. That is just plain assinine, especially for a lawyer.
Whether or not amur talked about that guy behind his back, you failed. Amur says lawyer does that--does he? you didnt touch that one, I notice....and neither did lawyer. None of us know the entire story, and that doesnt matter--I merely commented on what was posted. I dont claim or pretend to know the rest, and for my purpose, the rest is irrelevant. For example, if amur really did say such bad things behind everyone's back, why couldnt lawyer find real examples of it? Why did he have to use bullshit examples that did not in any way fit the accusation?? because he had nothing else, thats why. Any lawyer knows that when you make an accusation, you provide the best proof you got to back it up. The only thing that matters to a lawyer is what they can PROVE, and simply, lawyer failed completely to prove a damn thing.
