its happend before in my city. there was this guy who just walked up to the cop car and just started beating on it with a bat. so the two cops jump, try to calm him down, he took a swing and missed and one of them, so they tazed him.

turns out the guy was drunk, and had something wrong with his heart which was unknown to the cops. so he died after 1 tazing session..

and now the cop that did is legelly insane and is currently living in the psych ward, poor guy
