The bread will help absorb the booze and let your body process it a bit slower. As soon as you are "drunk enough", down a 1.5 liter bottle of water. All natural amino acid that when taken on an empty stomach with a glass of water before u sleep will repair ur liver and other organs/tissue. Only side-effect is that it will cause a herpes outbreak (genital, cold sores, canker sores,etc.) The other nice thing that is does is give u boners and increase sperm production like Perter north.
