" Their students aren't aloud to go to North Greenville's campus.. which is another christian college.. my g/f goes there to... but they are really laid back, there are some rules, but for the most part its jsut another school... well According to BJU, north greenville isnt holy enough, and their students aren't aloud to be on that campus. I work with aobut 3 or 4 ppl that go to BJ, who are auctauly normal ppl. why they go there I couldnt tell you. BJU trys to hard to seperate their selfs from the rest of the world... al their food and produce is supplied by companies and farms owned by Bob Jones himself...all their text books are written by professors of that school... they have their own powerstation to supply the campus...ect ect ect.......... well, the last time I checked, Christian's entire goal in life was to bring other NON christians to Christ... How can you spread the word of God if your constantly trying to seperate yourself form all these non christians, and non christian things....

all that is pretty much true except for the food and produce suppliers. food is supplied by us foodservice and produce is robinson farms....however everything else like trash pick up, books, entertainment, tv, radio, etc. are all self contained. hellim surprised they dont have their own power plant and pepsi bottler on site
N1XRR 02-16-2005, 01:13 PM I've known a few BJU students over the years. These people where all music majors at BJU and where student teachers for music in High school. A few people where really cool, but then there was Shelton (thats his last name...don't remember his first name). He had...relations...with 4 of the girls in band, while at school, in the office of the band teacher while he was act the doctors office. Poor guy got expelled, all he was trying to do was get his game on.
