Went out to Asheville tonight with my friend in the purple mustang.  There were a ton of people up there.  Met the group im always hearing about and watched them race on 40. This one guy pulled over with the group and got ready to run heated his dual 25 lb. bottles (mounted to the roll cage rails) up to 1050psi then i helped him take the giant cowl hood off to adjust to his NOS timing.  He had a 460 (bored to who knows what) with high rise dual quad intake and dual stage nitrous all the accessories too.  He raced this black GT that almost ran off the road when he got on it then they raced on motor.  They pulled over heated the bottles again and he ran a silver gt.  Found out the slowest car in that group of 10 cars runs like 7.30s on motor.  It was wild seeing 5-second cars running on the street.

I hope to be doing that one day...just have to save up for my GT2

I look foward to going up there when i rerealse the hatchcrap to race. I figure it will be fun to go up. I have a lot of friends up there who said we need to bring people up.

Not many imports hang out with these guys despite the fact some are pretty quick the only one with them was a supra with a giant (T78 i think) turbo with all the goodies.

I didnt know you could mount nitrous bottles, in the cabin of a race car.. Oh well.... Just like with a fuel cell. cant mount that in the cabin either..

Umm its a hatchback Anthony wtf are you gonna put the nitrous bottles out of the cabin? &nbsp;Same thing with the fuel cell its behind the rear seat in the hatch. &nbsp;Youre thinkin about Camaros i guess.

I guess youre right cody, I didnt think of it like that. My mind wasnt on any make or model, just side tracked because they were in the cabin, thats all. Oh well.
