registration is $25 for non SCCA members right and you have loner helmets?

Alright, time to clear up a few things.
#1. We are not associated with the SCCA...that way we can do whatever the hell we want
#2. Because we're not SCCA we can charge $20 for non-members. If you want to join($15/semester), its only $10 to race.
#3. We do have loaner helmets...just don't keep them in your car after each run.

See ya there!(Neither the RX7 or the Protege will be racing this weekend...its clubby for the rest of the season unless my dad gets a new truck and I tow the RX7.)

It USED to be, until the university decided they wanted cops there just-in-case. We had to raise the cost because of this. Hopefully next year we won't need them and the prices can go down again.

Glad to see you guys made it out today! You and Jonathan did fairly well. Keep coming to these events guys and you'll see your time keep dropping lower and lower.

It was also good to see Reese and Co. out there today. I hope they come out more often...it may just inspire me to get the RX7 back to running condition.

oh yeah, is there a website with all the event dates that you guys put on? also, do you only hold the events at Clemson?

N1XRR

Website: http://www.clemson.edu/cscc

If you click on "Race dates" it has all of the days(March 6th is a car show, not a race)

And yes, we only hold events in Clemson. The short explanation is: We're a university club and Clemson only has insurence on-campus.

I didn't realise it was you until later on...I just wasn't thinking.

[QUOTE=WhyteGTS]i have the blue FC...QUOTE]
u wouldn't happen to work or just been at, can't remember the name of it, the place at the end of the building over by pizza inn on 29. there's a line of bushes that hide the cars parked there, i passed by there and saw a blue 2nd gen thru the bushes, it was parked next to a mustang. as soon as i saw it i wondered if it was the person on here that had just got a blue 7. also saw another one sat. night at the car wash down past the mall, he didn't act like he reconized my car so i guessed he wasn't from this or any of the other boards.

probably just didn't recognize the car but u did look straight at me when i pulled in and towards u before turning around, the guy that came in behind me in the silver honda prelude(i think) i believe was wanting to race me, back at the light at hardees he was reving hard at me and did a burnout when the light changed. would have loved to waxed his a$$ but traffic wouldn't allow it plus i don't think it would have been a good idea in that area. my luck i'd get stopped and i can't afford to loose my license again.

what car were you in? there were tons of cops out that night. i got a warning for inappropriate turn, and speeding cuz i power slid a turn onto 29 toward Greer. hehe, was still fun but won't be that stupid again.
