Then you run the course one car at a time for time. You get at least 3 runs, sometimes as many as 6, and at the end of the day you get compared with cars in your class for awards. There is everything from stock classes, where there are not many mods allowed, to Modified where a car like the famed Gran Tourismo "Escudo Pikes Peak" would run. each set of classes is devided up so that the cars are close to equal. so a Civic does not have to race a Z06, or 911 TT. The Civic would instead race small VWs, or Nissans. Are we ready...uh....yea, and thats an understatement for some of the people here on this board.
