As cliched as its sounds, it's still the truth- be yourself. It's the only way that anything meaningful would come out of your relationship with her. Don't use pick-up lines, don't try to impress her. 9 times out of 10, being yourself will make you stand out of the crowd, because a VASTTTT majority of guys act like general jackass dipshits when a girl comes around that they want to impress. Trying too hard only repulses the girl, whereas, if you just remain calm, laid-back, and natural, she will be more comfortable with you, and therefore more willing to warm up to you. I am assuming that you have some sort of respect for the girl, and view her as more than something to stick your dick in, though.
