So I've been pulled over 3 times within the last few months for bullshit ass reasons...

1: I registered a car on monday, was sick on tuesday in which i didn't leave home, drove it on wednesday without having it inspected (the cop knew all of this) and got a ticket for no inspection (less than 48 hrs after being registered, first day driving it.) I got it inspected and dropped.

2: A week later, I was driving a different vehicle and got pulled over. Cop walks by my car, looks at the windshield, then looks at me and goes "I actually owe you an apology sir, I thought that your inspection sticker had expired have a great day." I didn't say a word the entire time, I just had this "You are a dumbass" blank stare at him... he got the message. This is the same cop that pulled my friend over (below) and didn't notice he had no inspection sticker, no city sticker, and his truck is about 3" too high considering it's on 39.5's.

3: Tonight, I get pulled over for violating the fucking city noise ordinance. I was with my friend earlier in the day, and he got pulled for the same bullshit and the cop let him go--we were in his truck. Tonight, I was driving ON THE SAME STREET in my expedition, and a different cop pulls me over (he had someone else pulled over when I rode by, jumped his car and chased me down then a second bitch showed up to "assist.") I was talking to the guy in the car with me over the fucking stereo and the amp I have pushes 100 watts RMS @ 4 ohms, MAYBE--it's a old rockford. Oh, side story about this pansy bastard. When my friend wrecked my FD who was 17 at the time (due to 10 deer running out in front of us) the first cop to respond didn't write him shit. This mother fucker shows up, and right before we left asks my friend "Mr. (says last name)____ what are you doing driving past 12, aren't you still a minor?" and writes him a ticket for driving past curfew. What a nerdy ass pussy.

So I'm looking at these 2 bitches... and both are these puny ass little mother fuckers that have obviously became cops for a powertrip because they're bitches. When pulled over, I immediately turned my interior light on as a courtesy to him and got my license and registration out. His bitch ass buddy kept creeping up the passenger side of the car with his hand on his gun for absolutely no fucking reason except that he hasn't got shit to do and it was the excitement of the night.

I guess the little dick bastards are cracking down on bullshit to keep the city quiet and clean for old fucks. Anyway, I'm laughing at the losers these shitheads actually are. They weren't capable of shit in life because they're morons so they settle making $30,000 a year (yes that's accurate around here) telling people their speakers and mufflers are too loud... congratulations, I'm 23, haven't finished school, work part time, and probably make more money than you. I'm more intelligent than you. I'm more secure than you and I will succeed in life. So I'll pay the $25 and $57 court costs and smile while doing so because you aren't shit to me... and you aren't shit to the world. You aren't a hero... you're nothing but a little girl. Seriously, I can drive you idiots about 4 miles from where I was at and there's drugs being dealt on the corner... but that's casually ignored because they're scared of them.

When I got my (yellow) V8 FC on the road, right after I got my tags I was pulled over because they were sitting on the passenger seat, not the plates. Power trip or not, cops will bust a cap in 'yo ass if you don't keep ur hands on the wheel when they walk up to that door. :D

Their job is to protect and serve, how is pulling over people with bad tags protecting anyone? The cops around here are dicks too. Instead of catching real criminals like druggies and muggers they'd rather sit on the side of the road all day and nail speeders. A few cars ago I got pulled over on my way to the shop to get my stickers put on after just paying my regestration, 15 min trip and I get popped.

GREENVILLE, S.C. -- An Upstate trooper is accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old girl in Myrtle Beach last weekend, police said.

Trooper Christopher Mace, 31, was arrested and charged with simple assault and battery.

According to the incident report, the victim said Mace ran his hands down her side and grabbed her backside with both of his hands.

Mace said he was only giving her a compliment because the girl had just finished singing karaoke.

Mace is a trooper in Spartanburg County.

WYFF was told that Mace has been suspended without pay.

Mace is expected to be in court Monday, police said.

So... There's this 3 mile circle that I walk which is where I was leaving the other night and got pulled over... mind you, he had someone else pulled over on this street that he finished with to chase me. Tonight the same cop is on a fucking bike riding around on the sidewalk. First, he stalks this mexican guy... simply because he's mexican... the guy wasn't doing shit at all. The cop straight busted a 180 to follow the mexican guy a few blocks. Someone then drives down the street in a cherokee with a FACTORY SYSTEM turned up a little... wasn't fucking loud at all... he gets on his radio and calls in for a car to pull their ass over. As I was getting to my car, he pops up and rides by slowly so I acted like I had frozen in time and we had a stare competition... maybe he'll get the message that his bullshit is hittin my radar.

Although I know it would be fruitless...Have you thought about filing a complaint with the city? There are several small towns around where I'm from that have the same type of ego trippin' bastard cops as you have described. One of them was pulling LOADS of people over for not having their hands at 10 and 2. The locals finally got tired of it and when enough complaints were filed it went to a state level. Eventually the state told them (the cops) that they had to back off or face state investigations or some such thing. It's a shame that cops can get away with shit like this. A few years ago I had moved out of the city to one of those "small towns" and within the first 2 months of me living there I got pulled over at least once or twice a week. They initially got me for a few minor things (speeding, not waiting the full 3 seconds to pull out from a stop sign in the middle of BFE...), until I fucked up and had a drink at the resturant with my friend and drove home directly afterwards. He got me with a .08 and falsified the arrest report to say that I was slurring my words and such when in acuality I was no where near drunk at all and passed all his field sobriety tests (with the exception of the .08 road side breathalizer). The funny thing is all of this took place not 100 yards from my house. I could literally throw a rock and hit the side of my house from where he pulled me over. Long story short, they got lots of money from me and finally left me alone. IMO, cops are some of the most blatant criminals in the world. The steal from honest hard working people on a regular basis all in the guise of "protecting the community". It literally sickens me that they continue to get away with it.

Well, i've got two incidents with this guy recently harassing people on the street... so one more time and I'll go to the magistrate... I'm sure the blatant 180 to follow the mexican guy won't go over to well and they'll want to keep that hush hush.

My friend had to do the same... in the same city... The same cop pulled him over 3 nights in a row for bullshit ass reasons (speeding 3 mph over, etc) and didn't ticket him. The 4th night, he was parked downtown and in the last parking place on the street... 12 inches of the back of his truck stuck over the line and the cop ticketed him for it. He got out and measured it and took pictures I believe. 5th night rolls around, the cop pulls him over again for some bullshit ass reason but didn't ticket him. He went to the magistrate and filed a complaint--parking ticket got dropped... didn't hear from him again.

Another friend (the one with me when I was ticketed, and got pulled for the same shit earlier that day and let go) bought a '00 yellow C5 vette when he turned 18... c6's weren't out then so obviously it caught the cops attention. They harassed the living shit out of him and one cop, who quit for another career later told him that they told all new hires to pull him over for any reason whatsoever. The guy has his history of tickets for stupid shit that he did do... but they literally rode his ass everyday.

The county here... never any problems so far... just the city bitches. The cop that ticketed me for the inspection was actually nice and asked if I was going to have it inspected that day... I told him that I wasn't going to lie, but I was going straight back to work but I had planned to do it the next day. He wrote the ticket, told me to get it inspected and bring the slip in and they'd drop it... I took the slip to the court house and they dropped it on the spot.... but that was the city I work in... not the small town pussies I've been ranting about =]

To serve and protect is a bunch of bullshit. 97% of the time there is no need for protection. If they would just stop being fuckheads and let people go about their business everything would run just as smoothly. They are revenue generators, that's it.

Here's a new WI law that just went into effect, too bad it won't have any effect.. These days if they want to pull you over for a seat belt violation they will, and then nail you for anything else .

The state Supreme Court says drivers cannot be stopped simply for weaving within their own lane.

The decision comes from a drunken driving case in Sauk County. A police officer stopped Robert Post for weaving in his lane and straddling the parking lane in Sauk City.

Court records say the five-time drunken driver had a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit when he was stopped.

A state appeals court threw out his conviction, ruling the stop violated the constitutional ban on unreasonable searches and seizures.

Prosecutors asked the Supreme Court to develop a clear rule that says weaving in your lane justifies a stop. But the Supreme Court refused, saying a stop should have more than that single circumstance.

Still, the court upheld Post's conviction, noting that not only was he weaving widely, he was partially in the parking lane.

Bike cops! I had a small incident with them today. I was stopped at a light, and right next to me, holding up traffic in the right lane, was a pack of gay ass bike cops, getting paid to ride a god damn bike. Light turns green and i take off, my usual way , it's not illegal... and as soon as i do, I hear one cop say "yeah, go for it bitch"... guess what, I did... i burned so much fuckin rubber in their face and split!!! its like wtf are you gonna do? you asked for it...

yeah I think here and D.C. are the only places in the united states where radar detectors are illegal... I think I remember reading that Virginia is the only state that have laws allowing tickets to be written to people from other states for their tinted windows if they're illegal here--if your tint is legal in north carolina, but isn't legal with VA's strict laws... they can ticket you for just driving through.

I know how to fix the problem...

Say you get BS ticket for a modified exhaust, when you just had an exhaust leak. You try to tell the cop whats up with your car and explain the situation, but he just wrote up the ticket anyway. You fix the leak, and go to a certified mechanic that inspects your exhaust, and signs off that the exhaust is all OEM. You go to court and spend half a day waiting in line, so you can meet with the judge for 5 minutes and explain and show him your documentation...he rules not guilty and the ticket is dropped.

In this case you "won", but did you really win? You spent a half hour getting pulled over, and taking crap from a cop with a GED, an hour and a half finding a mechanic, making an appointment, and bringing your car in, and four hours that you had to take off work to wait in line at the court house...so you just took off a half day of work, and wasted 6 hours of your life doing boring and degrading tasks, and that is considered a "win". I would argue that your time and dignity are more important than the money anyway.

The solution is simple - if a ticket doesn't hold up in court, they have to pay you the amount of money that you would have had to pay them for whatever shit they wrongly accused you of doing. In fact, if it were up to me, I'd be tempted to take it right out of the salary of the cop that wrote the ticket, then they'll think twice about writing bullshit tickets about little things that hardly even matter.

That's an excellent idea. And the weird thing is, that is what has pissed me off so much about tickets in the past. It isn't so much the money, it is the fact that if I want to win this fight, I have to go through all of that bullshit which just isn't worth my time. I've got more important things to take care of.

My buddy that I've talked about who works as a DA, well, Assistant DA. He hates the fuck out of cops. Especially around Winston-Salem, some corrupt racist cocksuckers are in that department. Anyways, when he reads the docket in the morning, he picks out all of the bullshit tickets and charges that some of these assholes have on there, and then he makes that cop sit in the courtroom all day long. Normally there is a specific order when calling up a case, but he just bumps these guys to 5:00 and makes them sit for 8 hours. Really pisses them off.

But yeah, the main thing that pisses me off is that some little fuckhead with a big dick complex is taking a big chunk of time out of my day for something unimportant. Honestly, it would be more meaningful if had to fold pizza boxes with a crew of retards for 5 hours on a Monday than to sit in court while Officer Highschool Diploma bitches about the height of my car.

You should see the cops and security guards that work out at my gym, its hilarious what losers these guys are. They are all super serious about their intramural softball leagues, and walk around the gym like Billy Bad-Ass. Then they go outside and hop in their Dodge Intrepid, peel out like a tough guy, and my friends and I laugh our asses off saying "what a huge faggy loser that guy is".

I almost forgot- they had a fundraiser at my gym one time for a cop that was killed. Now, he got killed, that sucks, I'm sorry. However, there were a bunch of cops, and a radio station, and families standing all around the front door asking for donations as you walked in. Now, I for one hate people that do that in front of the Wal-Mart. But this is my fucking gym, that I pay a membership fee to go to. Get out of my face and stop asking me for money as I am trying to walk in the front door. And who carries their wallet into the gym with them anyways? Obviously a cop planned this fundraiser out, because anyone with half a fucking brain would have realized it was a retarded location.

So anyways, I hear them announcing over the radio "The Winston-Salem Police Department has contributed over $10,000 to Officer So and So's blah blah blah. They shouldn't have to contribute a dime since they contribute so much to us on the streets everyday". Now, this is where I got pissed off. Do people still actually believe this bullshit? That cops are out there watching my back and protecting me from day to day? No, there are out there waiting to nail me going 5mph over the speed limit, they are out there harassing Mexicans and Black guys, and they are out there stuffing their faces with Arby's 5 for $5 deal. Fuck cops.

ahah... so another round with these bastards...

I live about 1/2 mile outside of the city limit which is where the worthless-lice are. So my friend (same one with me when i was pulled over and I was with him earlier when he got pulled) pulls in my driveway about 8 pm, still daylight, I'm letting my dog out to piss... 30 seconds later, 2 bicycle cops pull in my driveway. 1 was some dipshit that responded to a state trooper that had him pulled over a couple of weeks ago because his back bumper is 3 inches too high and this city cop had to bring a measuring stick because the state trooper didn't have one. He proceeds to tell him that his stereo was a little too loud and my friend responds with "no, my stereo wasn't on." and the cop is just like "you were the only one at that stop sign." So he just repeats himself "no, my stereo wasn't on." Now mind you, they're now in the county, not even in the city where they belong... The cop gives up on the stereo and gets back on the lift and my friend just responds that he has until june 15th or some shit (his court date) to fix the truck. Then the cop starts saying some stupid shit about his "marker lights" WHICH ARE FUCKING OEM... and he just responds "every light on this thing is OEM..." So, after 3 rounds they faggots pedal away out of my driveway.

hahaha... so who thinks we'll make it through the weekend without some city cop on our dick for something?

I'd be willing to bet the DA there hates the police, most of them do. Go talk to him.

The female cops that weren't ugly were the nicest to me when I've been pulled over. One of them let me off for pounding some curves in my FC one day after a hick in a high rise truck was riding my ass for going the speed limit.

well, if we're telling bad cop stories I've got a few:

A few years ago someone broke into my dads car and stole his checkbook. They went to the bank to try to cash a check but my dads a regular at the bank so they knew it was bad. They took his licence and made a photo copy of it and called up my dad. About a year and a half later he gets a letter from the police saying "The case has been dropped, not enough evidence"

Some girl stole my checkbook at a different time, tried to cash one of my checks at my bank but I was friends with the girl behind the counter. She knew I dont write checks that large so she told the girl to fuck off after getting a copy of her drivers licence. I got a call from a cop saying he's got my checkbook at the station and told me what happened. I went down there 4 days in a row (sometimes twice a day) to try to get the damn thing but the cop kept taking the day off early so I never did get it back.

And finally I was mugged by 4 drunk/stoned guys one night, tried to get away with my car but ended up taking all the money I had and took off. They were threatening to shoot me if I made a bad move etc etc. Its a small town so I found out there name, adress, phone numbers, family members names, what they drive, what school they go/went to, pictures of them, what the house looks like and even directions to the front door. Gave it all to the cops and that was over 2 years ago, so far the best this asshole could tell me was that "I drove past the house but the gate was closed..." and "we cant do anything until we get their side of the story"

Nah him and the cops, judges, etc... all one big circle jerk in the name of riding young and/or black people's asses.

As far as harassment charges... they aren't even an obstacle to me... they're a joke. I brush 'em off and keep goin'... gives me stories to tell on the internet though.

There is no way in hell I would let some fucktard cop pedal his dumbass on to my property (which is out of their jurisdiction) to harrass one of my friends for absolutly no reason without filing a complaint. That is complete bullshit. I commend your ability to hold your tongue in that situation. In my younger days I have told cops to their face to piss off and leave me the fuck alone ( when I knew I was in the right and that there was nothing that they could get me for). That is just blatant abuse of authority and should be addressed by some one. IMHO, cops are 100% worthless. I have yet to have a cop help or protect me in any way, shape, or form in my ENTIRE life. I have lived my life as a basicly honest person (I break speed limits on a regular basis...I'm sorry) and in the times that I actually needed a cop, not only did they not help me, but they tried to pin something on me instead.......Here's another one of my stories....

I'm driving with a friend (witness) and I pull up to a stop light behind a university bus. Now this intersection is one those where instead of having an actually "turn lane" it is just extra wide. I HAVE MY RIGHT BLINKER ON (WHICH WAS PERFECTLY FUCTIONAL) THE WHOLE TIME IM SITTING AT THE LIGHT. So some rich frat jerk off pulls up behind me while I'm sitting at the light and DOESN'T TURN HIS BLINKER ON AT ALL. Now keep in mind that I am as far over to the right as I can be without actually being on the sidewalk. The light turns green and the jerk off decides to PLOW right into my right rear as I am making the turn. This is where it gets good......The cop shows up, pulls us individually off to the side to get our "stories". After talking with the frat kid for a few minutes he comes over to me and tells me that he's not going to write the jerk off a ticket because I FAILED TO SHOW INTENT FOR MY TURN......Of course I get uber pissed and I'm like "WTF? Does a right blinker and being pulled over all the way to the right NOT imply that I'M GOING TO FUCKING TURN RIGHT?" To which he replys "Well I'm an accident scene investigator and I can tell from the point of impact that you weren't all the way over". My friend AND THE GUY THAT WAS BEHIND THE FRAT KID THAT HIT ME at this point straight up calls the cop a liar and he tells us that we should calm down or he could take US to jail..........I have never in my life wanted to punch someone in the face repeatedly as much as I did at that moment.

It's real funny, everyone has at least a few bad cop stories, and none that are good.

Remind me to tell you the story about the time that I outran 2 Sheriffs on my dad's Harley-Davidson golf cart. It's pretty good.

That's nothing....

I was running late on my way to work at Detroit's City Airport. Going 50 in a 30, a cop finally took noticed and got right on my ass. I made a right turn onto a street. And if being caught speeding wasn't a bad enough omen of a bad day, a cat ran right under my car. We both pulled over and sure enough there was a lump in the middle of the street back 100 yards or so. DAMN!

If being a cop wasn't asshole enough, they told me to knock on all the fucking doors and ask who's cat it was and apologize to them. It wasn't long until a person pointed to the house of the cat owner.

An poor old lady cracked open her door and I told her about what I have done to her cat and told her I was sorry. She started crying and shut the door. The cops waiting for me on the sidewalk told me my apology wasn't good enough and indicated I should go back up to the house and do better. I knocked again and the old lady appeared. I told her AGAIN I was sorry and handed her $10 bill. She accepted and that was the end of it. I thought.

After I reached the cops, they ran past me right up to the door, dragged the old lady out and charged her for a crazy crime...

I was about to say, if a cop told me to go apologize to someone I'd tell him to blow me.

It's state law here that if you run over a domestic pet you're required to notify the house closest to where you hit it. I'd do that anyway, it's common courtesy and I would feel bad for hitting any animal so I would apologize naturally more than likely... but if a cop told me to apologize to someone I'd laugh my ass off at him... they can't do that shit.

On another note... the ONLY illegal thing on my vehicle right now is a tinted license plate cover... was on there when I bought it. I wonder how long before they pull me for that just to fuck with me.

and as I mentioned... these failure idiots with an inferiority complex aren't worth me loosing my cool and beating the shit out of one of them so that 10 more can show up and mace me/nearly beat me to death. I don't plan on living here but another year, if that long. I am pretty direct and smartass with them though.

Next time I'm pulled... I see something a little like this happening...

"Do you know why I pulled you over?"
"Yeah, because you ignore real crime, have nothing else to do, and ride peoples asses that possess something you don't--youth."

"A real smartass huh?"
"Well I would be a dumbass and become a cop but I hear you guys don't make but around $30,000 a year."

Alright, here is the golf cart story:

When I was in highschool, my house was out in the country, my driveway was about a 1/3 mile long back into the woods, and my house bordered a golf course on one side. I played alot of golf and so did my father, so we had this 3 wheel Harley-Davidson golf cart that we would just drive through a path in the field and right on to the golf course.

Anyways, I had 3 close friends all my age in the "neighborhood" (I guess you could call it that, we were out in the boonies though). One weekend when we were 17, it just so happened that all 3 of our parents went on vacation for a week at the same time. Needless to say, we had a massive party one night, that started at my house and then moved across the road to my other buddies house. We needed more beer, so me and 2 other friends walked over to my house to get what I had in the fridge. I was drunk as hell, and thought it would be funny to drive the golf cart back over.

Now this golf cart hauled ass. It was totally unstable and dangerous because it was a 3 wheeler, but it was the fastest golf cart I'd ever seen. One of my buddies is in the passenger seat of the thing, and the other is standing on the back where the bags go. I make it across the road and about halfway down my friends driveway when I notice that there are 2 sheriff's cars parked in it. I slam on the brakes and try to turn quick, but it's dark and the driveway is gravel and narrow, so I go off the side of it a little and part of the cart gets stuck on a drainage pipe.

My 2 friends jump off and start running, but I stay back and try to push the cart off of this pipe. The sheriff's have taken notice at this point, and I see one of them moving towards his car to get in. Somehow by the grace of god, I get the golf cart off the pipe and hop back in the thing. I'm not sure if you can get a DUI for driving a golfcart on private property, but I was underage and didn't want to find out. I step on the gas, and one of the friends who ran saw me take off so he ran over and I let him hop on.

I go barrelling down this driveway that is filled with potholes, and the cop is now trying to turn his car around to come after me. By the time I get to the end of the driveway I can see his headlights following me. I drive across the road into my driveway, and quickly decide this is probably a stupid move, so I cut left off the driveway and go through a field. I am out the view of the cop, but can see him tearing ass down my driveway now. I cut all the way across this field and on to the golf course, shut the cart off, walk a few hundred feet and sit looking through the treeline to my house, where I can see the cop car sitting there. My buddy and I wait him out for about 15 minutes, and he drives off. Rather than drive the cart over into what could have been a trap, we wheel the thing behind some trees, walk through the woods, and go in my back door. About 20 minutes later 10 people who bolted into the woods when the cops busted the party across the street come pouring into my house. Half of them thought I got arrested for drunk driving on a golf cart.

Me 1, Cops 0. That record quickly changed over the years though.

Just something bad ass about golf carts...

My 5 year goal: be living at a beach in nc or sc... a jet ski, maybe a small boat, and in a community that lets me drive my golf cart around....

I have a very similar goal. Some of my boys went to Belize this past year and they said that everyone there has a golf cart as their means of transport. It's great, you just roll around all day in board shorts with some beers in the back, very relaxing.

ahah... so another round with these bastards...

Talking about OEM lights and such, I popped my hood for a trooper a few weeks back and he's inspecting everything, and I'm showing him some of the changes when they put EFI on the rotary (he used to work on carb'd ones), and he saw my air pump was still there, and all that good nonsense... anyway, he saw the ballasts for my HIDs and asked what they were. Instead of going to his rule book and trying to find something on changing my lights, he commended me and said it's a step all drivers should take, especially motorcycles.

In conclusion, you should move.

Cops are cool to people they can identify with. Too bad, they rarely get a chance because theyre too prejudicial, insecure, and overall mentally FUBARd. A cop that can actually appreciate a good modification or two is a rare breed!!

I've been pulled over once on my bike by a cop, he owned a CBR as well and apparently just wanted to shoot the shit. That's the only time a cop has been cool with me. I'm even ignoring the fact that he pulled me over for no reason at all, technically that's a big abuse of his power, you can't just pull people over all day because you want to talk to them about something. So technically I guess he was a dick as well.

State Police road check about 1/2 mile from my house... Friend ended up with a ticket for no inspection but the state trooper was fairly nice and told him to get it inspected, mail a copy of the pink slip and they'd drop it no problem... and proceeded to tell him to get a city sticker "because those city boys will burn you up for that."... didn't even write him a ticket for that.

yeah I think here and D.C. are the only places in the united states where radar detectors are illegal... I think I remember reading that Virginia is the only state that have laws allowing tickets to be written to people from other states for their tinted windows if they're illegal here--if your tint is legal in north carolina, but isn't legal with VA's strict laws... they can ticket you for just driving through.

SC will do the same thing for tint.

But any state can ticket you not being compliant with their laws, The "no insurance" ticket I got cause the date was not on the card, at the time in NC they did not put a date on them, But GA did. Took a pile of paperwork to court and got out of the ticket but still owed Court Cost.
