It's JDM, y0.

Indie Rocker Chris
05-07-2006, 04:09 PM
well isnt jdm like higher performance? how does moving the steering wheel to the other side make better performance? i am not questioning the fact that it is better performance but i am just wondering how because i like to learn and understand

Not necessarily. JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) just means that its the same as you would buy in Japan. And the Japanese drive on the left-hand side of the road, hence steering wheel on the right side.

??? I dont even know how to answer that.
I don't really have much of an interest in going faster than the car does stock. For me it's not worth the risk of tickets, crashes, etc. I got a lot of reckless driving out of my system when I was 16/17, got arrested for it once, and I finally realized I'd rather spend the money on something I could enjoy without getting into trouble..a system. Maybe if there was more of a race culture here i'd be into that sort of thing, but the closest track is an hour away, and it's an 1/8 mile track. Buying a Honda was done for practicality. I've got a 100,000 mile/10 year warranty, which will take me through college without having to worry about any mechanical problems being repaired with my money. I'm not saying you guys are stupid for spending money on engine mods, it's just not what i'm in to.
