what type of work? I think some of it depends on what you do. If you stock shelves together I would think there would be more distance then say firefighters. IMO

some of the cunts i work with act like union workers. 3PM rolls around and they're outta there, no matter if they're in the middle of some project. They won't stick around 5mins after 3 to clean shit up or finish something.

Unions rally for better pay, better benefits, and an all around better workplace...

I'm on a 5 year apprenticeship program to achieve a journeyman mechanical license. i don't feel degraded at all working my ass off digging a ditch or huffing heavy pipe up the ladder. For some reason I feel like I belong. I don't recommend this work for the weak arms or the mind, for the guys will sense it and send you home crying. it's their way of weeding out the people who join the Union in this 'right to work' State of Arizona. They went after me after the second day and I playfully told the Foreman to fuck off and then smacked his ass. Him and his boys liked it and left me alone.
