Ok, here's the deal. I have my loan from Citifinancial on east main. When my car broke down and I was broke and couldn't afford to fix it, they told me that I could leave the car there and either try to sell it or fix it and that I wouldn't have to make the payments so that I could save the money. Well, I had the money to pay them the months payment cause I was gonna get it fixed, and I called them to see what the exact amount was I needed to pay them and they told me that they had sold the car for $355 and that I would be responsible for paying the rest of the payoff, which is 6650, cuz I owed 7000 on it. Dude, the hood on that car is worth $350.. This sucks. I found a new car I', prolly gonna buy. A 92 Cavalier z24 5 speed. Not much, but it'll do for now.

No, I dont have any of that in writing, cuz the way they were talking, they were just trying to help me out. They never even said anything to make me think they would do something like that...

I would see what a lawyer's advice is on this matter.

They can kiss my ass. No way in hell will I pay them that money. What's messed up is that my credit is already messed up. I went to autofleet cause I know the owners daughter and I know their finance managers daughter. I was gonna get another car from them. He ran my credit and told me that there was no way that I could get a car, that citifinance had put a lein against the car and that with that on my credit, I probably couldn't even get a $300 personal loan. I am gonna try and get it fixed, but if worse comes to worse, I'll file bankruptcy, and they will never get their money, and it's easier to get a car with bankruptcy than a repo or lein. It's almost impossible to buy a nice car without 50% down if you have that on your record.
