Hey thanks Will. I'll take it to the strip again. I was going to run with the stock bov. But I had a hard time getting it on after I sold TurboXS. Its on pretty good now.

I can tell you what to do, problem is finding the parts sometimes. With us scooby owners (and especially you with a WRX) we usually have to look over seas to find good quality parts. What all mods do you have? Does race gas help that much? I saw the pump at shady side. I don't remember the price but I rember it was pretty expensive. What do they use 103 octane? I couldn't remember.
You dont need racing gas in a 4.6 the rear oxygen sensors arent heated and you maybe still have cats. I would run 87 octane unless you have a timing tricker or a power adder to get the best times. I have a 5.0 gt i will see you there if i can get out of working. Bottom line stock for stock if you spin you will lose or it will be close. Is your 99gt an auto or stick? Any mods? My friend has a 00gt stock running 8.88s. L8R.

my gt is silver, i usually run with one headlight out (more cold air). *Ive tried the race gas and it seems to help (maybe its just me). *My car is stock (for now lol) and i run low nines. If the weather is better, ill be at shadyside. later, richard.

Yea we started taking the headlight out like 2 years ago and seems like everyone started doing it.

Did you get the trans worked on yet? The top tech at Dick Brooks Mitsu is a Subaru master tech he will probably do the work for less than your guy just tell him youre Cody's friend. The racing gas might help dont know your knock sensor might raise your timing a little bit if you dont have a timing tricker I would reset the computer when you run racing gas. I have a h-pipe and MIL's if you dont already have ehaust 99GT. Impreza75 01-06-2002, 03:52 AM No tech in the area has a thing on this guy in Asheville. He can have my tranny out, taken apart, rebuilt, and running strong in the car in 2 days. He has been working on Subarus since the 70s, yea they have been around that long, Brat anyone?? Anyway, he does all kinds of stuff, he is probably gonna build my STi Version Impreza on down the road, hell he has 3 STi Version 5 motors sitting in his shop.
