Anyone else agree with it? They have restructured personal bankruptcy, but what about the business sector? It is disturbing that a large company can accumulate a large amount of debt, healthcare expenses, and pensions then write it off like its nothing.

We are supposed to have a capitalism society(I know we do not), bailing out large business is not the way to keep things competitive. Letting ones business fail because they use a poor business plan is how it should be, there will be a vaccum created then filled by a competitor.

You do not get to keep trying different business plans until you make a profit. When is the last time anyone heard of a big corporation going out? Even Enron did not, but they should have. And again the same with Worldcom.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not againsnt corporations at all. But with a stagnant pond nothing changes, just bacteria and a green film covers everything.
