Teetering off of atheism, I will arrive next Sunday to attend an Assembly of God Church.
Yup, an hour of xtain rock music and hopefully something worth listening to for another hour.
My wife's sister is coming in town next week and is an OOOOOLLLLDDDD fashion born again xtain. You cant get any holyer than that. Should be fun. My wife said that her sister ministered in Afghanistan. Czar has nothing but deep respect for shit like that.
What kind of questions would you ask her?

Man, I mean no offense by this but in your case, I would ask her to go over the basics and keep it simple.
From what I have read here, you seem to know the basics already but if you were once "in the fold" and walked away at some point, maybe there is something that you missed along the way?
Again, I am not saying this as a jab. I understand completely what it is like to teeter on the outside for a while. For me, it was a matter of the basics of Christianity. I had thought that I had a perfect grasp of it at first, but obviously did not have enough understanding of it before I started with some deeper studies. That's where I ran into trouble some years back. I had thought that I was ready to bypass some of the basics and move into much deeper aspects.
In time, I got frustrated mostly because I could not grasp many of what I was looking at. It got worse when I tried to apply it to what I saw in humanity. After a break of sorts, I went back to the more simple aspects and then applied them to mankind and suddenly, I was back on track.
I dunno, it just kind of worked out that way for me. For you, it may not but if you are at that point, maybe it's something you might want to look into.
What kind of questions would you ask her?
Ask her what evidence she has to support her beliefs.

I met the sister today. Yeah, I was off a week. Looks like we wont be going to church. Instead we are all headed to the Grand Canyon. Boring.
