Such arguments such as the Bad Analogy (http://www.don-lindsay-archive.org/skeptic/arguments.html#analogy) explained.

Good for brushing up on debate, so you're not arguing in such a manner to embarrass yourself.

Also good is the Wikipedia entry on "Logical Fallacy" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logical_fallacy)


I especially recommend reading up on the Straw Man (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straw_man).


Learning to debate well (as in, learn to not use logical fallacies) could definitely draw the kind of people you'd want on a forum, and would definitely help differentiate TFL from most other "Lounge" forums :P
