Was not sure were to put this so its going here.
Ok there is a DeLorean down the road from me at a car lot. And I want to go take a look at it to see if its worth a shit or not. So what do I look for. Couple things I know from the Canadian section over on teh 7 club
frame rail(ur W/E they are called) in the rear are prone to rust and there is a covering on them that may conceal the damage.
If I test drive it, its gonna feel slow because its heavy and the motor is underpowered for the car.
And thats about it other than the obvious kicking the tires BS. Pretty sure a couple of you know a thing or two about these. Just want to know about what price ranges there are.
And yes I know my spelling and grammar suck.

Well, I don't think you have to worry about body rust, but definately bring a flash light and check out the underbody. Make sure the interior isn't trashed and doesn't have any funny smells.
Drive with the radio off. Heh.

Well after searching through some site I dont think I am gonna have enough cash to even look at it. Good used ones are going for 13k up :tear:
I mean I could afford that but then I couldnt work on anything, or drive it, or buy any parts that it might need.
Man Ive got expensive taste.
