OK, so I bought an LSD/disc brake unit for my FB. It was shipped out last week monday from Florida to my house in RI, and according to their website, it was scheduled for delivery on the 16th.

Well, again according to their website, it arrived in Pennsylvania at 11 p.m. on the 16th... Where it has sat, untouched, ever since.

I've been on the phone with DHL for the past 25 minutes trying to figure out what the fuck is going on. The guy I'm talking to has been calling the terminal that has it, and they either don't answer the phone, or immediately put him on hold. It's pissing me off. I want my goddamn rear end!

Oh, and UPS sucks, too. Racing Beat sent me two boxes from California together, but only delivered one. So, now I have the middle section of my new exhaust, but not the muffler or the header, or my springs. Dipshits.

On the other hand, they did get me my one box from California to RI in less time than DHL is getting my LSD up here from Florida... 1000 more miles in less time.

Typical of DHL... I like airborne better and I like bax the best. I use DHL for illstreet unfortunately. Their record keeping system sucks horribly.

Fuck usps too. i just got back a gt40 due to insufficient address. it looked like they dragged it behind the truck the whole way home.

i shipped my old trans using dhl to idaho, when it got there i guess it woudlnt go into reverse. worked when i shipped it. and that the second trans to fuck up during shipping.

my first one was via ups. second was dhl. what the hell could they do to a trans to fuck it up? seriously?

We've had serious issues with DHL before, there is a thread somewhere burried deep in the old lounge that I started about them.

But we have never had a single issue with UPS shipping the thousands of dollars of equipment monthly for the company.

Well, my company has stuff shipped to us via FedEx, we receive between 200 and 400 boxes daily, and we have very few problems with them. I still want to know why my LSD has been sitting in Pennsylfuckingvania since Friday night at 11 p.m.

fedex has fucked me over before...fuckers!!!!

DHL lost my shipments about 3 times.
Can't even count how many times I've seen 18 wheelers run over packages, fall 10 feet onto concrete, etc...

i worked at UPS before many years ago. i can personally attest to how shitty these shipping services are. you wouldn't believe how many packages get destroyed in the process...

-about half of the regular workers / loaders are fucking thieves and steal shit out of boxes; and they purposely destroy fragile packages just for shits and giggles.
-the supervisors are negligent and don't care about anything except meeting their box quota for the day.
-management is comprised of whatever idiot college flunkies they got to run the warehouse because they're too stupid to be in corporate.

the only reason anyone gets anything at all is because of the sheer volume of packages that goes through these hubs... even if every worker purposely destroys a few packages per day, so many more go through unscathed.

I bought the full SP exhaust because the header sections are interchangeable. If I go 13B N/A, I just switch to a 13B header. If I want to go turbo, I just have a downpipe made. In the meantime, this will give me more power with my 12A until I decide definitively what I want to do.

i work at UPS. i dont work with unloaders or loaders so not sure about stealing... other than we fired about 20 people 6 months ago for stealing and / or buying stolen prescription drugs taken from package cars.

most of supervisors care about meeting their pieces per hour because they are paid on salary no matter how many hours they work so of course they are going to bitch about getting done quick so they can go home.

its pretty hard to find someone who cares about damages except one person (loss / damage prevention rep.) and she is a PITA... noone likes her so of course no one is going to try to help her meet her goals.

management is a joke im not even going to start on that.

i got the fedex in 2 days 3000 miles for $5
the UPS took over a week...
