A while back I got fucked over hard by someone who used to be a friend involving a girl. By all means I should have kicked his ass but I didn't cause I didn't wanna go to jail for murder, I was that pissed. A few days ago I found out he's in the hospital right now because one of his lungs collapsed, no real reason, just took a dump. He should be fine but with a new surgical scar and a shitload of medical bills. He's also a broke little basterd. I sent a message to a mutual friend saying "did ya hear what happened? Karma sure bit him in the ass" and she got all over my case saying I'm mean, thats not right etc.

What are you really accomplishing by carrying that attitude around with you? You're not hurting the other person by seething over them for years, you only end up destroying yourself with it.. so good luck with that

I'm not some hate filled monster, I pretty much just ignore him as much as possible. On the other hand if I see a chance to fuck him over without to much trouble I'll remember what he's done. And seeing as how badly karma just fucked him up I'm pretty content with not holding to much of a grudge.

I ahd to learn this the hard way.

Being a hot head when I was younger. Some punk would screw everyone over and we'd all be mad. Picture a group of 20-30 Guys and Girls all around the age of ~18-22.

Being hell bent on right and wrong back then I'd take it upon myself to teach the punk a lesson. I'd go kick his ass.......which back fired every time as now I am the bad guy for beating the punk.

The punk rightfully deserved it........no matter, now I am the bad guy.....and it never failed to work out this way.

As a matter of fact, just yesterday I was writing my boss an email that detailed the nasty behavior of another co-worker. I had a full page written and it all made perfect sense and the whole thing laid out so there could be no doubt about the charges I was levying.

I just erased the email and went back to work. The boss is going to have to figure out what I know on his own. If I rat the co-worker out....I am now the bad guy. No matter how much things change, and at the same time are still exactly the same.
