91lx 09-17-2006, 06:52 PM I sold my gixxer/atv project on ebay. The buyer never paid so I sold it to a local. EBay charged my credit card. EBay had to credit my final value fee back to my EBay account. I now have a negative account balance but I dont see any options to get a refund.
