2ndGen.Rocket 06-14-2007, 10:56 AM Alright, so I am sick of my shitty iPod FM modulator. I bought a new Alpine touchscreen DVD/CD/iPod head unit that looks pretty effing sweet. I've installed full systems before, but in the Range Rover it looks to be a bitch. I have the 11 speaker Harmon Kardon system in there stock, and it has individual amplifiers for each speaker. Does anyone have any experience with wiring up an aftermarket deck to one of these multispeaker systems? If it was the standard 4 speaker job I would have no problem. This looks a little advanced though. Say No To Pistons 06-15-2007, 02:36 AM You're going to have to bridge a few speakers together since most HUs provide only 4 channels. Try looking for a harness on crutchfield for your land rover and alpine HU. Also take out the OEM HU and check the wiring for the harness. |
