Labreck knew how to smack people around in a unique way. His style has been imitated by a few other V8 RX7 owners, combining an offensive air of superiority with witty jabs of humor (at the expense of his victims), all the while showing enough technical comprehension to hold the respect of any reasonably enlightened mechanophile. I can't say that I miss him (as I was one of his many targets, at times), but it was entertaining to see his posts.
