Find someone that's into it and has some gear... they'll know a few places to ride. Injuries do happen... cowboy up and deal with it :bigthumb:

It's hard to say but honestly the river looks washed out. Probably much more fun at a lower level. When a river gets that flooded it just turns into wave trains. Theyre fun but not all that dangerous.
