His avatar is a Houston Oilers helmet. The Oilers were moved to Tenn. and called the Titans. There is a team in Houston again but they're the Texans now.

If you were a Houston Oilers fan......what NFL team would you root for today??

The "Oilers" left Houston and then changed their name to the "Titans"

Houston got an expansion team and named them the "Texans"

I haven't lived in Texas since '88..... Should I attach myself to a new team in Houston??? They aren't really the Oilers and yet the Oilers are no longer the Oilers.

I relate to all the other teams in the NFL based on their History with the Houston Oilers. So how do you just pick some team you loved to hate for 3+ decades?? I mean, how do I just start rooting for Pittsburgh? They were the Oilers rival for Years in the AFC Central....and now I am supposed to root for my rival team?? No way.....

So I am a man without a team.

If Houston could have somehow retained the Oilers name similar to what the Cleveland Browns did, I think I could have made the connection.....
