The only problem with it is that it really fucks up the pump. So only do it to fountains belonging to assholes.

we have one in town here that gets 'soaped' at least once a year. although it is funny it costs the city hundreds of dollars to clean up the mess and fix the pumps

been there..done that....bubble bath seems to work better than dishwashing stuff....but that high school...damn i was pathetic...

when i was in college we dumped a complete bottle of bubble bath into a fountain at the apartment complex.

My sister got a hold of some of the crystals (like the "Red #40" you see in ingredient lists) used to make food coloring from a chem major at USNA. One night a few mids dumped 'em in the fountain. They said the initial cloud was black because the crystals were so potent, and the next day during their morning run the fountain was mysteriously a bright green color....
