tried other sites and this is the only one that would get all of it uploaded without timingout and other stuff that kept me from getting it uploaded to those other sites.

No one said you were a redneck, they said you sounded like one, and you do.

Although the car definitely sounds nothing like any lawnmower, it's definitely not something i'd want to ride in, that shit is OBNOXIOUS.

To each his own though, you do your thing.

yeah it's healthy for what it is i guess. u can really tell the light flywheel tho. it's the engine i had in my 808 that ran 9.3 after only 2 runs in the 8th. i thought it was quick but since it seems going turbo is the thing, it's not so quick. maybe if i ever get to afford efi, i may consider going turbo. since the 7 is quite abit heavier, i'm sure it'll be a few seconds slower.

did those fuckers move it to the audio section??? so whats the power difference in setting up a carbed 13B and a FI 13B?

thanx. no they didn't move it, that's where i first posted it. then in the 1st gen section for those that don't go there. FI would yield more power i'm sure, not to mention better mpg, but i don't have the funds for FI. i have been keeping an eye out on ebay for it tho. i know carbs alot better than i know FI.

WELL!

I can tell you it is a FACT that a well tuned carb, and a well tuned EFI, will most likely have THE SAME OUTPUT (plus or minus 4HP on a 600HP setup)

Thats why I find it helarious when people compare different (pogrammable) ECUs for max power output.

They're ALL THE SAME :)

The difference is in everything inbetween max output (Redline, WOT) and minimum output (idling or cruise).

I once had to argue with a Supra guy who thought the stock ECU on an S-AFC would put out more power then a MegaSquirt (They control spark too).

When you tell an injector to fire for a certain number of miliseconds, it fires. Thats all the ECU does with that injector. It doesnt sent magic JDM waves into the gasoline or something.

Now . . . for cold starting? I'd want EFI. Cruise? Ease of changing the fuel to match the setup? Major altitude changes? All things EFI will win.

^ And that is why snowmobiles are going EFI. or CDI.

because its damned hard to tune a performance engine to run good when you ride between 7,000 and 12,000 feet.
