Thanks TFL, for giving me another way to waste my time without going insane.

This is my 4th week at my new job, and I've had very little to do. Even took a 3-day trip to Jacksonville to visit our other office, didn't do a whole lot there either (unless you count gassing up and prepping several new vehicles, which did take all of one day).

Rx7club is blocked, nopistons is blocked, any gaming/video/social networking/entertainment/"vehicle" sites are blocked. I get 45 minutes quota time for those sites, but if you visit one site under quota time for 30 seconds, it takes off 10 minutes, so I have to cram all my web surfing into one session (if that makes sense).

I wish my boss would give me something to do. She's always talking about how busy she is, and when introducing me to people she goes on about how awesome I am, but doesn't actually give me anything to do. Oh well, I'm sure soon I'll be wishing for some free time.

Yeah, my work site blocks everything, even proxies, "weapons," myspace, whatever. They used to even block youtube till they petitioned to allow it.

For now, yes. There are a few things I'm waiting on; new gas cards for our new fleet, the new maintenance contract for our new fleet, the asset management database that I'm supposed to manage and integrate into a new work management system....but for now, nothing.
