both are offering open signups until Aug 2nd or 3rd, cant remember which. stmusic is pretty good and even though its not oink its fairly similar and opened signups to thousands of oink users when it was brought down. one notable difference is that with these sites its easier to up your ratio due to bonus upload credit. these 2 sites are affiliated but still independent of one another.
they will ban you or delete your user account(s) if you don't abide by their simple rules.
-keep your ratio up at both sites or you'll be banned from that specific site.
-make sure to read the FAQ so you understand the rules.
-log in at least once every 28 days or they'll delete your account.
