Toxico 03-23-2004, 05:52 PM One of my friends cars got nailed today by a big hydrolic ram on the side of a log moving truck. It was the guys fault for not secureing the ram. Who's Insurance company do we call to report the claim? Do we call her's or the guy that hit her? Is there any harm in calling both? Thoughts? Ideas? Commits? TVS50LX 03-23-2004, 10:21 PM Were the police called? Did they make an accident report? You should contact both just to be safe. Cosby 03-24-2004, 08:18 AM Just contact his. You don't want a double claim and you don't want an incident filed under hers if its not necessary. You'll need an incident report either way. Toxico 03-24-2004, 08:55 AM we got it taken care of.
