How the hell do you figure that? The guy was drunken and disorderly, Violent towards the officer, had a complete LACK of respect for him and ontop of that made a run for the car whent he officer tried to arrest him. The cop was simply protecting himself... the guy could have been going after a gun... And every time the office told him to get his hands behind his back he did other wise. Gun/knife in his pocket? You dont know.. Are YOU going to risk it ? " man this guys MAD at me, he MIGHT be armed, and hes not listening. I'll jsut give him one little shock, then he wont pull his .38 special out and blow my brains out." yeah... thats logical. I hate cops as much as any body else, but that drunk ass hole should have done what he said.

The cofee one was legitimate, a study was done and mcdonalds coffee was kept hotter than all the other fast food place's coffee.

I would sue them too if the coffee was hotter than other places. Usually coffee isnt hot enough to give you burns, Mcdonalds' was, so i think she had a legitimate suit.

Most places tend to keep coffee at higher temps anyway, you have no idea how hardcore state health dept's are on things like this. You can get cited even for coffee being kept too "cold"
