Cosby 11-02-2005, 10:51 AM So over the past few days the site has been lagging so I called up the host and bitch. They tell me "it isn't our fault there is a denial of service attack on your server." I asked for the ips involved, look at the stats... like 60 connections wtf no... so I tell them to find the problem and I'll do any banning necessary through htaccess. They ban wonner.
Day 2 finally get in touch with the same admin, this time she says it is under attack again and starts banning ips left and right. I'm like wtf. I end up banned. STILL cant get back in touch with tech support so I had to spoof my mac and get a new ip. I can't get access to netstat under shell either. I'm getting really fed up with this host. I just hope they didnt ban google or something. Morons.
