I got an 80 on the civil service exam. 441st in line to be canvassed/interviewed. This list also includes the local municipalities in the county such as the Town of Poughkeepsie, City of Poughkeepsie, Beacon, East Fishkill, Red Hook, Hyde Park, etc. Not as well as I would have liked to have done but I think I will get contacted none the less. I got one up on many oft the other candidates with a college degree and by being a resident of the county. I still think I did much better on the State Police exam which is what I am really pulling for.
