I was plugging in some numbers just to see if all what I hear is true. I selected the 560-619 FICO score, then did a decent home price of $120,000 in NC. If your score changes to 620-674, you could save an extra $183,707 Vert8813B 03-04-2008, 04:55 PM Fuck FICO scores. Fuck Credit. Fuck the system. Good find though BATMAN. lol. Oh...and Fuck companies that rip people off with Sub-Prime loans. rtryb2200 03-04-2008, 08:12 PM Don't cry someday you will be able to buy something other then a trailer Vert8813B 03-04-2008, 09:59 PM Don't cry someday you will be able to buy something other then a trailer I can buy a house now should I want to. The major thing being that TJ just mentioned is the difference of how much you pay in interest depending on a fucking number (FICO Score). That's what my problem is. rtryb2200 03-04-2008, 10:03 PM It is pretty ridiculous....just the amount of interest that is paid on even a 5% loan over 30 years. My interest rate was 8.9 for the first year I had my house wotnartd 03-04-2008, 10:05 PM Did you get a flex rate mortage, rtry? Vert8813B 03-05-2008, 06:02 AM Fuck adjustable rates. FTL. Tofuball 03-05-2008, 07:41 AM Once I pay off my 20% loan I'm probably going to refinance and get a 15 year. rtryb2200 03-05-2008, 08:17 PM nope it was a 30 year fixed, but now my rate is 6.125 and also on a 30year...amazing what year will do |
